High Capacity Performance WF-70

The WasteFlix WF-70 Semi-Automatic Horizontal Baler is engineered to produce exceptionally dense bales measuring 1500mm x 1100mm x 1100mm (L x W x H), with each bale weighing up to 850kg. This high-capacity performance allows a shipping container to be filled with fewer than 30 bales, significantly outperforming competing machines that often require around 48 bales and still struggle to reach optimal 25-tonne container weights.


Designed for long-term durability and maximum efficiency, the WF-70 is fitted with heavy-duty wear plates as standard, ensuring outstanding serviceability throughout its operating life. The machine features a full bale eject system and a portcullis-style door with anti-wire snap technology, eliminating common issues with wire snapping during bale ejection. Ripping teeth are also included as standard, enabling the WF-70 to process challenging or bulky materials with ease.


The WF-70 offers flexible feeding options, starting with a standard 2m wide hopper and a large 1500mm x 1500mm feed opening, ideal for high-volume or oversized materials. Additional feeding configurations include conveyor feed, trunnion-style bin lift, or mechanical feed, allowing your baler to be fully tailored to your operational needs.


Its advanced control panel includes multi-product selection, ensuring maximum bale weights are consistently achieved across various materials.
