Our scheduled maintenance service ensure your equipment runs smoothly and complies with industry standards. Each service includes thorough inspections, performance checks, and professional upkeep tailored to your service tier.

 

Bronze

Basic inspection coverage. Does not include oil changes or any parts for minor on-site repairs/adjustments. 

 

Silver

Includes minor on-site repairs such as electrical fixes and minor wear and tear parts at no extra charge during service visit. Oil and major repairs not included.


Gold

Comprehesive service coverage: include all minor repairs and parts, oil and filter changes tailored to your machines needs.

Our team remotely monitors your equipment to ensure optimal performance. If an issue arises, we can diagnose and address it promptly, minimizing downtime and maintaining efficiency.


Remote Changes*

Remote changes to the machine’s programming or behavior are available exclusively with the Gold Service Plan. This is ideal for customers with custom setups, such as conveyor feeds or other tailored solutions to suit specific business needs.

Breakdowns can cause stress, frustration, and real business disruption. That’s why our Priority Breakdown Support is a valuable add-on to your waste management solution—ensuring faster response times when you need it most.


Without Priority

Without priority, our goal is to attend the site within 72 hours of receiving the ticket.

 

With Priority

Our priority is to provide a diagnosis within the first 24 hours* and ensure we are on-site within 24-48 hours of receiving the ticket.

At WasteFlix, we understand that equipment servicing needs evolve over time. That’s why we offer scalable maintenance plans designed to match the natural wear and usage of your machinery. For example, during the first two years of a brand-new machine’s life, one annual service is typically sufficient to keep everything running smoothly.


As the machine enters years three and four, we recommend increasing to two services per year to catch early signs of wear and keep performance high. By years five and six, three services annually help maintain reliability and prevent breakdowns as components begin to age. 

This gradual approach ensures your equipment gets the right level of care at the right time—minimising downtime, extending lifespan, and keeping operational costs predictable and controlled.
