Terms and Conditions

1. Products and Bespoke Machinery

Wasteflix specializes in the supply of bespoke and customized machinery, equipment, and related products ("Products"). Each Product is made to order based on client specifications and requirements.

Important: Due to the bespoke nature of our Products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once an order has been confirmed and production has commenced.


2. Waste Collection and Servicing Programs

Wasteflix offers waste collection services and machinery servicing programs ("Services") as part of our solutions to clients.

  • All waste collection and servicing programs are provided under separate service agreements, subject to availability and scheduling.
  • No refunds are offered on any waste collection or servicing programs once services have been booked or commenced.
  • Servicing and maintenance of machinery is carried out by professional, fully trained, and qualified personnel, ensuring compliance with safety, operational, and manufacturer standards.

Wasteflix reserves the right to refuse or reschedule servicing appointments due to operational constraints or health and safety considerations.


3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices listed on our website or provided via quotation exclude delivery/transport charges, unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • Payment terms will be as agreed upon at the time of sale. Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is required before production, booking, or dispatch of any Product or Service.
  • Wasteflix reserves the right to adjust prices at any time before an order or service is confirmed.


4. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery times are estimates only and depend on product availability, manufacturing schedules, and third-party logistics.
  • Wasteflix will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery dates, but cannot guarantee delivery times.
  • Transport and delivery costs are not included in the listed Product price and will be charged separately unless otherwise specified.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the goods have been dispatched from our premises.


5. Installation and Commissioning

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, prices do not include installation, commissioning, training, or after-sales services.


6. Warranties and Lia​bility

  • Wasteflix warrants that the Products supplied will materially conform to the specifications agreed upon at the time of order.
  • No other warranties, whether express or implied (including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose), are given.
  • Wasteflix’s total liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the price paid for the Product or Service giving rise to the claim.
  • Wasteflix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.


7. Force Majeure

Wasteflix shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance arising out of causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, labor disputes, supply shortages, or transportation interruptions.


8. Intellectual Property

All designs, technical drawings, manuals, service protocols, and specifications remain the property of Wasteflix unless otherwise agreed. You may not copy, reproduce, or disclose these materials without prior written consent.


9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UK, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lincoln.


10. Amendments

Wasteflix reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
