WF-60LX - To Handle Large Voloumes
The WasteFlix WF-60LX is engineered to manage high volumes of waste material with outstanding efficiency, producing bales measuring between 1200mm and 1500mm in length, 1100mm in width, and 1100mm in height. Designed for demanding environments, it delivers bale weights of up to 750kg and achieves a throughput of up to 3 tonnes per hour, depending on the waste stream and loading method. This model provides powerful, reliable performance with minimal operator effort.
Equipped with advanced control systems, the WF-60LX features multi-product selection capabilities, enabling operators to optimise bale weights across various materials. The machine efficiently produces 32 bales per shipping container, maximising load capacity and ensuring cost-effective transport. An Automatic Start and Compacting Cycle with Manual Tying further simplifies daily operation.
A standout feature of the WF-60LX is its Twin Ram market-leading Portcullis end door, specifically designed to prevent wire pulling and snapping during bale ejection. For enhanced durability, the bale chamber is fitted with wear plates as standard. Each machine can also be programmed with multiple baling cycles tailored to different materials, ensuring consistent bale weights across all waste streams. The inclusion of Ripping Teeth as standard allows the WF-60LX to handle tough or bulky materials with ease.
