WF-60 - Most Popular Mid-Range Baler

The WF-60 from WasteFlix is a powerful and versatile semi-automatic horizontal baler designed for industrial-scale waste management. It produces adjustable bale lengths from 1200mm to 1500mm, with a consistent width and height of 1100mm. Depending on the material and loading method, each bale can weigh up to 750 kg, making it ideal for efficiently handling large volumes of waste.

With a processing capacity of up to 3 tonnes per hour, the WF-60 greatly improves productivity. Its 60-tonne compaction force ensures dense, secure bales, while the full eject system allows for easy removal of completed bales. A vertical hydraulic portcullis door enhances both safety and convenience during operation.

The WF-60 also comes equipped with ripping teeth as standard for better handling of tougher materials. Its multi-product control system allows users to fine-tune bale weights for different waste types. Capable of producing up to 32 bales per shipping container, the WF-60 maximizes space efficiency and ensures full load capacity with every shipment.
