The WasteFlix PowerBale 40XL is the most compact and space-efficient unit in our Semi-Automatic Baler range — purpose-built for businesses seeking to upgrade from traditional vertical mill-size balers to a faster, safer, and more productive solution. Despite its size, the PowerBale 40XL delivers high-capacity performance. It produces bales measuring 1250mm (L) x 800mm (W) x 1100mm (H), with bale weights ranging from 400–500 kg. Depending on the waste stream and loading method, this model can process up to 2 tonnes per hour — offering a substantial boost in throughput and efficiency.
