Returns Policy
General Returns Policy
Due to the nature of the machinery and equipment supplied by Wasteflix, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or business preference once equipment has been delivered and installed.
All equipment supplied is intended for professional use and is thoroughly tested prior to dispatch.
Faulty Equipment or Performance Issues
If a machine supplied by Wasteflix fails to perform as intended, the following procedure applies:
- Initial Reporting
Any issue must be reported to Wasteflix as soon as possible after installation. - Engineering Assessment
Wasteflix will arrange for an engineer to attend site, where necessary, to diagnose and attempt to rectify the issue.
Rectification Period
Wasteflix will be given a reasonable opportunity to repair or correct any performance issue
Return Eligibility (Limited Circumstances)
A machine may only be considered eligible for return where all of the following conditions are met:
- The machine has failed to perform as intended for a continuous period of at least four (4) weeks following delivery or installation; and
- No Wasteflix engineer has attended site during that four-week period to attempt to rectify the issue, despite the issue being reported; and
- The fault materially prevents the machine from operating for its intended purpose.
If all these conditions are satisfied, Wasteflix will review the case and may, at its sole discretion:
- Arrange for the machine to be returned, and
- Offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
Exclusions
Returns will not be accepted where issues arise from:
- Incorrect operation of the machine
- Lack of maintenance or servicing
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence
- Modifications or repairs carried out by third parties
- Incorrect electrical supply or installation environment
- Normal wear and tear
Inspection of Returned Equipment
If a return is approved:
- Equipment must be returned in its original condition, subject only to reasonable operational use.
- Wasteflix reserves the right to inspect equipment before any refund or replacement is issued.
Where damage or misuse is identified, Wasteflix reserves the right to refuse the return or apply repair charges.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
- Refunds will only be processed after inspection and confirmation that the return conditions have been met.
